Do not use this shop to cut keys. I had to return on 2 occasions because the keys cut did not work. It transpired that the worker used the wrong key. They don't know what they're doing. I actually got locked out and needed to climb my roof to get in. Then had to make 2 trips baby to the store because the keys didn't work. How appalling!

Unfriendly staff prices are ridiculous for battery change £65 with no warranty and £95 for one year warranty as well as no water seal is guaranteed. Just got this done in st Ann?s shopping centre for £18 my professional watch and jewellery repairer. Never again wasting time with Timpsons

Terrible place, terrible service!! I went their to get the fob for my building (flats) copied and was told that was fine and it would cost £20 (already a rip off) but I agreed nevertheless, only to arrive later at my building to find the copy does not work AND my original fob has been damaged.I was locked out of my building before another resident let me in and then I was fretting about going in and out as now I had NO FOB at all. I went the next morning to demand that they fix the issue, and was told there was nothing they can do, and it was impossible that they damaged my fob, the audacity to say that even though my fob was perfectly fine until they messed with it.And then they suggested that I bring another fob for them to copy, firstly if I had another one I wouldn't have gone to them and secondly why would I take another fob to them to get damaged. All I could do was ask for a refund for the useless copy they had made for me then i went home and complained to customer service, that was even more useless than the idiot that damaged my fob as i was told the refund was adequate compensation, even though they had damaged my property and I would have to pay £50 to get a new fob made. They don't even know the difference between a refund and compensation, that right there shows you their poor standard and lack of professionalism.My fault for choosing a well known name rather than a local small business, the small businesses tend to have much higher standards.STAY AWAY FROM TIMPSONS AT ALL COSTS!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

What a waste of space customer service operator went into the store you never really see any one at the counter today I thought I would take my dry cleaning there to give them some business the rude chap just sat there and said am on my break come back in half hour, What a joker, hope he gets no more business

I needed a key cut which was over 20 years old and the chap behind the counter helpfully ordered the key from the central office and then called me when I could come in to collect the key. Very Helpful.
