Do not use this shop to cut keys. I had to return on 2 occasions because the keys cut did not work. It transpired that the worker used the wrong key. They don't know what they're doing. I actually got locked out and needed to climb my roof to get in. Then had to make 2 trips baby to the store because the keys didn't...

I was given the most excellent service and help this morning when I popped into Timpsons Alperton ( inside Sainsbury’s) I don’t live locally, had an issue which the lovely Jay sorted out in a few minutes- professional / helpful, highly recommend. Many thanks
