I have been a loyal Three customer for the past 5+ years and have never experienced any issue or disrespect ? until yesterday.
My phone was stolen, and when I went to the store for support, I was met with the rudest and most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered. Instead of assisting me during a stressful situation, they did everything possible to make me leave.
From the very start, the man at the door dismissed me and asked me to leave simply because I did not have my passport in hand, not even allowing me to explain. I immediately paid for an Uber to bring my passport, but when it arrived, the treatment I received was even worse. A member of staff (a Chinese lady) mocked me and my wife and spoke to us with open rudeness whilst selling to us . This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour.
By contrast, when I went to the Three store in Harrow, I received the exact opposite treatment ? respectful, supportive, and professional. That?s how customers should always be treated.
Three, please review your team at this store and check your cameras between 14:30 and 15:30 on 19/08/2025. I am open to discussing this further and can be reached if you wish to follow up. Our time at the three stores was fantastic. Kavita was incredibly helpful and friendly. The customer service was top-notch. She always had a smile on her face.

Staff were rude and found it strange that the doors were kept locked. Would not visit the store again. I would rather travel to a different area.

Three as network is 1 of the worse network ever - back in 2015 to 2018 - I been with them for 3 years because back then only three was doing unlimited internet and calls as little as £20 and that was great but then 2018 things went downhill with the network - not working at all at times - while I?m outside and when I call the service they always tried to blame on my phone and etc - then it came to where it doesn?t even work at all - then I had no choice but to cancel it - and they agreed to cancel my contract since they can?t provide me with a good service- but then 1 year later they send me a latter saying I have to back 12 months worth contract money - I was so confused and when I explained to them they acted like they don?t know what?s going on - and 2024 they wanna send bailiff to my house demanding even more money - this company have no shame to be honest and just want to steal money of every day people

I went there for purchasing 16 pro max and HAMID was really helpful. He tried to slove everyone's problem and even explains everything so that its easy to understand. Unfortunately i cant get the phone but still he helped a lot. I loved the experience
