All staff don't have manners
They don't even speak English.
Team leader think he owned tesco.
I'm regular customer they are all disrespectful staff..
Someone must take action on them
I don't know why security guy standing der if he don't know what's happening in store.

The cashier behind the till today Monday 1st July 2024 does not know the difference between a Tesco Clubcard and a credit/debit card. She kept saying to insert the Clubcard into the machine to pay. Please train your staff properly, Tesco!

I wanted to buy a wine, I was with my sister-in-law who already started scanning and the employee Nicola who deals with approvals came to ask for a document for the approval of the wine. my sister-in-law was scanning in my place and when I wanted to give the document, she said she didn't want my document, but my sister-in-law's. she having only a picture on her phone with the document was refused, asking for the original document. even the police do not ask for the original document in this country, but at Tesco Express in Preston Road Mrs. Nicola does. I will definitely not go to this tesco again.

Worst shop I been too I walked in and got some bread and then got accused for stealing the bread even tho I just got it and baby on the floor spilling milk everywhere staff and security were not doing anything and were rude to me and prices were high the bread was 10 pounds.never coming back ever since I saw rats on the shelves

Our local Tesco is very bad customer service specially fest in the morning the oldest staff very rude have I ever see so Bad customer service normally when I am buying I never use my card I always pay in cash she said why you don?t use card does not cease problem She start shouting I?m very busy you have to be your self scan
