Very unhelpful male staff, kept chatting with colleagues rather than giving assistance near fitting area as I stood there for 5 minutes
Walked myself in just to find out extremely messy fitting rooms. All 4 of them were occupied by pile of clothes. Did not bother trying on what I wanted and left. Those were some lovely shorts but the customer service was really a turn off and the deal was off because of this.

Very Disappointing Experience ? Superdry Wembley (May 5, 2025, 7:52 PM)
I had one of the worst customer service experiences at the Superdry store in Wembley. I purchased three hoodies and one pair of trousers just before closing time, but the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The lady at the till didn?t greet me, refused to speak, and acted annoyed when my card didn?t go through the first time.
Shockingly, after printing my receipt, she spit her chewing gum onto it and threw it in the bin right in front of me before giving me a new one. This was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I?ve never been treated like this in any other store in London. Superdry seriously needs to address this behavior.

Outlet prices,lots if choice and mostly helpful staff with Danny being exceptionally helpful.
We had our hearts set on a jacket and as we was about to leave of his own accord he found one in the right size.
Very helpful and also answered my questions and welcomed them he had good product knowledge .
No rush at till.

Amazing staff. £60 deal for two hoodies is perfect. The only negative thing is the loud music, why do you have to keep the music so loud? Annoying

I had a really unpleasant experience with one of the staff members at this store. When I asked a young black female staff member for stock information, she told me her phone wasn?t working and she couldn?t check.But just five minutes later, I saw and heard her help another customer (who was also Black) by checking the stock without any issues.
I was treated differently based on my race, which was really disappointing. It's sad to see this kind of behavior in a place that should be treating all customers equally. I hope management addresses this so others don?t have to go through the same experience.
Ps: The store is extremly messy

I absolutely love Superdry; the merchandising of the shops always feels current and there range of colour and styles means there is something four everyone.
The reason I gave this store three stars is:
1. No member of staff acknowledged me or offered assistance in the 10 minutes that I was browsing.
2. It seemed untidy and cluttered in some areas, with discarded items just left, despite the store being quiet.

Superdry London Designer Outlet, Wembley, is a clean and good store. Close to the Wembley Stadium. Have good connectivity to Central London and other locations. Jubilee and Metropolitan serve Wembley Park. Good collection of Jackets. It's a bit expensive, but worth it for the brand value.
