Pleased to note that the customer service has significantly improved recently in our Starbucks Civic Centre Wembley. The staff is very friendly and much faster, which really helps when you need to grab quick coffee during work! Natty and Sangji you are lovely! :?? Many thanks both!

Such kind warm staff. Spilt a drink by mistake and all they cared about was making me another drink rather than the mess I?d made. Didn?t embarrass me any further. Lovely coffee, always lovely staff.

The lady got my drink wrong twice, first she made it an iced latte when it clearly showed extra hot latte then the second time put the wrong amount of pumps, I?m not happy with the service and was a waste of drink
