Very rude people I was very disappointed one of the staff member swear at my 6 years old son because he dropped the shoe from the shelf by mistake and rather than apologizing he asked us to live the store on his behalf manager said sorry ....

I had an amazing experience thanks to Nabil. He was literally managing two cash machines at the same time to keep the line moving?something I?ve never seen before! He was super fast, extremely helpful, and handled everything with incredible efficiency. At one moment he was taking payment from one customer while packing items for another. Truly outstanding service?Nabil went above and beyond and absolutely killed it. ??

I just visited today, here?s staff is very rude with customers I faced with one of lady staff I feel like she doesn?t deserve for this job specially she has to knowledge of basic things about customer service like?How to speak with customers there is many ways for treat customers I hope it will improve your service.

Read too many negative reviews about the place , especially the one in Wembley Central. So was skeptical to go here for badminton racket. But to my surprise the old gentleman in the billing counter is supremely helpful. Helps alot and even the packing he does is great and answers politely to everyone.I assumed Sports Direct didn't bother about reputation and was ready to close down but this guy is going to change all that. If you want to come here and shop something trust the guy at the counter and come.PS: Didn't buy the racket though, no Yonex in stock , not even one extra grip which I wanted for my other racket.

This is about the backback v ordered online on 25/11/23....my son went to the store sports direct in Wembley central @ 14:50 on 27/11/23 with the order receipt to pick his backpack but he was denied by one of the colleague by saying that the person whose card was used for payment has to come....WHAT ?IS THAT FOR REAL ...THE PERSON WHO. CAME TO PICK UP THE ITEM HAS THE " CARD AND THE PURCHASE RECEIPT was denied...this people need to awake....rk

I was in Wembley Central store on 21st October 2023 @ 16:20 and one of staff rudely took shoes from my hand and told me rudely I can?t try shoes if I don?t have shokes and when i ask for disposable shokes he refused. Than i got shokes to try shoes he gave me one pair but it was not comfortable to me so i ask for another one and he refuse to give me and told me you can try only one pair. And about that when i ask him to meet manager he start shouting on me and told me we are very busy so we can?t help you while it was just 5-6 customer in store and there was 6 of staff members was working.I ask him for his name but refuse to gave me and he don?t have any name batch on his uniform.I will never go to this store again.
