Excellent customer service. Great offers and range. Been going for over 15 years. Tried others opticians but always go back to Wembley - it's the service and locality. After care/sales service excellent too. Popped in to get glasses tightened and rechecked my overall fit. Sounds minor, but made a WORLD of difference to me and feeling secure seeing my surroundings sharply ??

Booked an appointment for 12.30, turned up at the store only to be told my appointment on the system shows as 13:30??
I have a booking email + text confirmation that shows 12:30, on top of that I had received a call/voicemail the day before reminding me of my appointment at 12:30
The girls downstairs were ok and said the optician can still see me, went upstairs greeted by another woman who kept repeating the system shows its at 13:30, ok its nothing to do with me what her system shows when i have it booked for 12:30. She then told me i can be seen but there would be 30-40 min delay until the optician is free. No apology nothing was offered.
Utter lack of respect for people's time and 0 customer service

Such great service as soon as you walk in to the very last time you pick up your glasses! I also bring my son here. Very satisfying, warm, smiling environment and service. I always use the wembley branch.

checked in for 15:30 test. waited upstairs. I later see i got a voicemail message to say I missed appointment and to re-shedule?? approached someone after waiting almost an hour. claimed my appointment is not showing on system. dreadful service.

Very bad customer service and no punctuality on the appointments today our appointment was at 2:40 the optician saw me at 3:30 too late I don?t recommend this option for no one.
Last time I was late 10 minutes late they didn?t saw me said your late and today they were late one hour.
