The manager Raj who I have known for a long time improves every branch he goes to having first met him at Kingsbury over 10 years ago. Wembley is no different. Very organised and polite staff, namely Mirela who I met this morning to collect an order. Mirela and Raj, keep up the good work.

I bought a gloss paint spray 10 days ago and couldn't see it until today, when I opened it, it was broken without a nozzle. When I returned it, the lady was extremely rude and said to me "you broke it" I replied if I broke it and returned it then this is cheating.
Then she turned away.

Worst branch. Wrong stock/barcodes. Wasted my time loading timber findinf out at the till got the wrong one. I believe they do it intentionally so they sell you more expensive ones. Check your invoices people and report this branch

One of the worst branches ever experienced, 15 min away and got delivery at 17:20 while I?ve been told that the materials are loading and should reach you by lunch time , Not answering the phone , driver didn?t call ( as they say 30 min in advance) . For what you asking for the customer phone number ?! I don?t understand. Rubbish service, I will never use it again .

They closed 15 minutes before closing time how unprofessional. Made a journey of 90 minutes to just see that gates shut at 5:45pm just came for a collection.

Very bad attitude from people in the till. They will deny to give you the discount you have on your account even after you ask. Seller on the till started raising her voice because of that.
