You order items, they say next day collection. Get to the shop after receiving no sms for the whole day to be told its 24-48hrs for the item to reach the shop.Collection tomorrow and 24-48hrs is two different things.Your costing people money with fraudulent informationNow to top it off I got to wait 5working days for my money back.

Home delivery times from parcel force is never real, they don?t call or text you that they?re coming. If they couldn?t get an access to the building, they?ll just leave, and let you deal with all the consequences and do all the chasing for your items after !! What a hassle !!!!!
