The customer service is poor and the food hygiene is even worse (the latter might be an issue with Sainsbury?s itself as I have found hairs in their products twice)

I am extremely disappointed regarding the treatment I received from a customer service assistant named Puja during my recent visit.
While purchasing my meal deal, I selected a Red Bull drink. Despite being 25 years old, she refused to serve it to me and bypassed me entirely. I had photo ID, my work ID all with picture to prove of my identity and age. And instead told me to ?go to my office and collect some other ID? I?m not sure of what exactly I could have brought if a licence was not suffice for Puja. Having worked in this area for a long time, I have never experienced such extreme rudeness. A simple display of politeness would have resolved the situation?yet this was entirely lacking in her conduct.
Puja insisted I return all the way to the fridges to choose another drink, even though I was clearly above the legal age. I also noticed that other customers around me were able to purchase similar energy drinks without facing the same aggression or scrutiny. She did not ask for their IDs, which made me feel singled out and personally attacked?possibly due to my race and religion, which differ physically from the other customers.
Furthermore, she muttered words under her breath loud enough for me to hear, but not clearly enough to understand. This left me feeling uncomfortable and targeted.
I strongly urge you to ensure that staff in your store meet the basic standards of politeness and helpfulness that any customer service agent should possess.

I'm Sorry but I really have had it after 3 years of spending my hard earned cash in this store I can honestly say that there hasn't been one week without an issue.
I understand that some may be out of your control, but the communication when you do have issues is non existent!!
You had customer being told cash only some being told card only then queuing for 30min only to be told no contactless;!
The staff never relocate the baskets to the entrance leaving customers to go to the exit to collect baskets.
You rarely amend the price of product to match the advertised cost,, leaving customer to point out the mistake.
And most of the staff seem to be having a good laugh via the headsets rather than focusing on the customers and or the duties.
A couple of days ago I entered the store around 10am only to find the area I needed to get to was barriered off for cleaning not for a spillage but general cleaning .wheres the logic in this wheres the business sense!
Please please please sort it out Sainsbury's

Ordered 2 packs of Caesar Salad online along with other items. The order was delivered but one of the Salads was expiring today. The leaves were completely soggy and spoilt. The person who packed the stuff deliberately did this so they could get rid of their stale stuff. Called the store and complained but the person who answered was rude and unapologetic. Complained to Uber Eats with pictures as proof of which I was given a refund for the one pack of salad but totally not happy of how the customers are treated and how their health is put at risk. Will be taking this further regarding food and quality at this store . Also having read all the bad reviews looks like this store definitely requires am urgent change of staff and management.

The staff at this store is incredibly unhelpful. Far too often, I?ve been completely ignored at the counter because employees are too busy chatting with each other while wearing headphones. I?d estimate that about 95% of the staff come across as rude and uninterested in helping customers.
I?ve been shopping here for three years because it?s the closest store to my home, but every time I leave, I find myself wondering if there?s even a manager on duty. On multiple occasions?at least three or four times?I?ve witnessed groups come in and steal entire boxes of food, while the staff stands by and does nothing. It?s frustrating to see such a lack of professionalism and concern for both customers and store security.

I have been buying in this supermarket for a long time, but recently I found that the price of their goods is always different from the price tag. Generally, the payment price is several pounds more expensive than the price tag. I hope everyone will pay more attention when paying.

I'm delivery driver and whenever I'm going to there to collect my delivery at that time every Sainsbury staff including store manager they all are doing misbehave with all delivery drivers and they didn't give us delivery parcels on time. In short all the staff including store manager are not good person.

First i suggest everyone that please don't go on this sainsbury near by you have more shop go there inatead of this sainsbury. The staff is very very rude. They are there for serve the customer instead of that they doing a talking with each other and passing a joke. There one staff ronaldo i ask him where is catfood so he tell me go inside and find it and he doing a talking with female staff her name is swella. They just talking and passing a joke and behave with customer very very rude. Please don't go this sainsbury.

Staff behaves rudely with the delivery driver and the order are never ready at time make the delivery drivers wait for long and get the compliments form the consumer.
