pharmacy is happy to take calls and orders. however, i am quite disappointed that the pharmacy would recommend an alternative that is not suitable for the treatment purpose intended without more thorough consultation and research.they didn?t have the dermatology prescription i was looking for and recommended me an alternative that is the same brand with a different treatment purpose, reassuring me that it is made with the same ingredients and that it should be ok to use as substitute. relying on the pharmacist?s recommendation, i purchased the substitute but i only found out later with more research that the substitute is not suitable for the skin. i attempted to return for refund, but the pharmacist mentioned that they cannot accept returns once prescriptions leave the pharmacy and cannot offer a refund.
