Appalling experience. Got told by the security guard that if you shop at Poundland and then visit pound stretchers you are thieves and need to put your bags behind the tills even though I had a basket as they sell similar stuff which is a lie as Poundland label everything with pepco. Showed them my receipts and didn't even apologise said you don't understand you have to put your shopping bags behind the tills. Appalling customer service not visiting here again I would advise you do the same.

This store has a lot of good quality thing's at a cheap price, there are a lot of bargains to look for here. They have a good range of homeware and other thing's as well.

The worst customer service I have ever experience me and 2of my friend went in to the shop and bought a balloon pumper and I saw some gumy worms and no one was at the till and he cameand i said never mind becaus i remember i used all my money at pond land and he started saying we stole for the shop wen we did not and I will be making a complaint

I am sorry. I had a very bad experience from your store at Wembley. I don't know his name. He is an Indian having big moustache. Very very bad experience. He came shouting at me when I was checking a floor shrug. I politely ask the management to not appoint this type of rowdy staff to your store. He as playing like an rowdy. Felt very bad. So disappointed. Before the incident with me I saw him arguing with a lady.

Usually very good service. On this occasion I decided to pay cash, the Indian guy with a tattoo on his arm looked a bit confused with the change. Plonked it on the counter and started to serve the next customer. I spotted the error straight away and told him, his reply was ?yes?, genius. I explained it 3 times. Then some other staff member, maybe manager but with no management or customer service training came to assist, examined my receipt and change, not a single word, apology or eye contact, just handed the correct change over.I think a requirement to work on a toll is to be able to count or at least read the receipt to hand over the correct change.

Great store with great prices, I feel like it needs some renovation done, it is a bit outdated. In this day and age a huge flight of steep stairs shouldn?t be the only way to access a store?

In general like the £1 shop but prices very, sometimes you get good offers.Terrible for physically disabled person, lots of steps with rail handle thats loose no lift or escalator. If you on crutches or wheelchair stay away.No clear signs and i found stuff cheaper in tesco than poundstrecher
