I am now proud to say after I submitted a complaint about the owner of the post office, the owner thought its okay to confront me in person when I showed up again at the post office. He tried acting all smart saying oh I understand English very well. Last time I checked reviews and complaints should be confidential. Looks like I'll be submitting another complaint for the verbal confrontation. I just left and said good for you. :-)

I was there for send my order return, but one staff member is so rude there and don't know what he is talking about. Very bad customer service from very uneducated staff in this shop.I will never use this post office.

Shop closes at 10 but I went in at 7.55 (Wed 6th Sept) to check what time post office closes, as I had a letter to post, recorded. Guy said it closes at 8 o'clock, but he closes early to do his paperwork. So it doesn't close at 8, it closes whenever he feels like it.

Worst post office in Sudbury Town refused to send my first class standard post few of them. Too lazy to give me proof posting simply said I will give you first class stamp you drop it outside collection box and forced me send through signed for service. I have already reported to Royal mail about this incident. Hope the post office business should be close soon.

Sudbury town post office: are you guys in need of more money???Be honest, give customer services. Get some skills. I can see staff gets changed as I change my own socks. This shows how serious you are.

PATETIC.Have posted 2 parcels 1st class signed for.Never arrived to my friends. 10 days after being dispatched, tracking says: Accepted at Post Office, and no other details. Looks like parcels never left the post office. I understand 1 parcel, but 2 parcels posted same time ???Dodgy...
