on 9.02.2025 I was here with my family, I made an order, including a cocktail, they told me that it couldn't be made at the moment, ok then I wanted an aperol spritz. I got it. At the end of the payment I found out that I was also given the cocktail I wanted but I didn't receive it. So, even today I haven't received my money back, I left all the details with a Romanian girl. Total disappointment

Avoid this branch at busy times. I had to wait 15-20 minutes to be seated when there were empty tables. Ordering food then took ages which ruins the whole mood.
This is not the first time I have experienced this (I only come back because my nephew has an attachment to the area). I don?t blame the manager/head waiter because she is overwhelmed. The branch needs to recruit more staff at busy times.

I had an absolutely dismal experience at Pizza Express, and it was honestly one of the most frustrating meals I?ve had in a long time. We decided to try the heart-shaped dough balls, which cost an extra 75p, thinking we?d get the same portion size as the original (8 pieces) since it?s just the shape that?s different. But we were wrong. What we got were three tiny, sad-looking heart-shaped dough balls. I get that the picture shows three, but the portion size shrinking for an additional 75p was just ridiculous and felt totally misleading.
Naturally, we asked the waiter if we could either swap them for the original dough balls or have the extra charge removed, but we were met with a complete lack of understanding. The waiter simply shrugged it off, saying they?d already been made. Seriously? We?re talking about dough balls here, not a gourmet dish that can?t be adjusted. We were then told by the manager that the picture clearly shows three pieces?like that was any consolation. Not helpful at all.
At that point, we just gave in and ordered the original dough balls to share between the four of us, thinking it couldn?t get any worse. But when they arrived, they were embarrassingly small, misshapen, and actually stuck together, looking like they?d been thrown together in a rush. Far from the crispy, fresh dough balls we were hoping for. Honestly, I felt embarrassed for the restaurant at that point.
And it gets worse. I ordered a pizza with olives, and what did I get? Six measly olives?one on each section of the pizza. Six. The waiter and manager couldn?t have cared less about our concerns and showed zero effort to make things right.
To top it all off, we ended up having to pay for not only the heart-shaped dough balls that were clearly overpriced for the portion size, but also for the original dough balls, which weren?t even done properly. We left feeling completely ripped off. The whole experience was a joke, and I definitely won?t be coming back. I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone, either. Avoid at all costs.

It was sooo cold ? inside the restaurant!
Vegetarian options: Not many options in vegetarian pizza, but whatever was on offer, it was pretty good.

Received a superb experience as usual! We are regulars and kerp coming back for the excellent food, drinks and atmosphere. The service is always exellent and tonight Melissa the Manager was exceptional in looking after us and making thus a wonderful pre-valentine meal

We have come to this branch several times as it is our closest Pizza Express. The service we tend to receive is always friendly and attentive. The food on this occasion was terrible. I would avoid getting the chicken caesar salad. Essentially, it's a bowl of bland cold chicken and lettuce. No flavour and looks nothing what is advertised online. Avoid at all costs. I ordered a Margherita pizza for my son, and as he usually finishes the kids one and is still hungry, I ordered the adult size. However, on this occasion, it tasted terrible. There was hardly any cheese on the pizza, and he hardly touched the pizza as again it was fairly bland. Twi stars given as our waiter was great and my friend had ordered the Pandana, which was the only tasty item. Be cautious what you order. I'm highly disappointed.

We had a birthday meal at Pizza Express today. 3 out 4 of our party have multiple allergies but the team dealt with this, no problem. The ingredients being listed online was really helpful. At the end of our meal, the manager noticed it was our daughter?s birthday and that she was fascinated by the chefs, so she invited her up to watch the process and chat to the chefs. My daughter was absolutely delighted! They made her feel so special. Thank you so much for your attention to detail. Wouldn?t hesitate to recommend to others!
Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options for complex allergies. The online menu lists every ingredient so it?s possible to work out options, even for uncommon allergies
Kid-friendliness: Made our children incredibly welcome and really made our daughters birthday by spending time with her to show her how pizzas are made

As oer, great food and staff were spot on. Tried the ledggera this time, was lovely, and I wasn't too full. They spiced it up for me with some hot chilli's and I appreciate that. Never had a bad meal to be honest, and the Wembley branch did not disappoint. Thank you
