Place works for me 99% of the time.Last visit asked to return after an hour. Maybe they where trying to save me time but it really isn't helpful.Plus why is the bank holiday opening hours nowhere to be seen.Just went on Good Friday at 9:50 and they are closed and no signage to say what the hours of operation are over the bank holiday weekend.

Rude pharmacists, the lady on the counter is not helpful, we have to ask her for each medicine on the prescription for us to get all of them. She switched off the phone system on Saturdays although the pharmacy is open. Always speaking on her phone.

I have been referred here by my gp 3 times in the last 9 months. They have an automated phone system where they say they will contact you. They have never ever contacted me. This is a total waste of time and a useless service.

They?ve provided wrong opening times, they are not open from the times they said they are, this is misleading and has led me to waste my time making a journey there for no reason. Please fix this.

Very good people with variety of services, a lady there I call her angel, she is the best at getting the job done. There are other services they have other than normal pharmacy work. Their call line is not the best but they cover that with good staff. I've been getting my meds from them in the past 3 years and I would want to continue it with them.

I was referred to this by my GP for a 'NHS Community Pharmacist Minor Illness Service', never received a call-back despite being told to expect one within 24 hours. Furthermore, you also can't contact them directly by ringing them up, as your phone just gets disconnected.

This pharmacy is very good highly recommend it's very busy but the staff are really nice and helpful and are open late . Nothing is to much trouble for them

Thanks to Optipharm Pharmacy for sorting out my medication from nhs 111 so that I do not have pay twice for my prescription. Very polite and good customer service from the lady staff.
