The staff at NatWest Wembley are a credit to the bank. All staff in correct position. All friendly and happy to help. Branch is well laid out and staff go above and beyond to be attentive to their customers. They where very good to me last year when I was unwell and I went back in there today and despite different staff on it was the same vibe. I was happy to wait for a teller after using the get cash feature in self service area to change into smaller notes. You need the same calibre of staff and layout of branch to be replicated across your network. Many Thanks again NatWest Wembley ?

Ice would be a warmer welcome than I got from the staff today. Their external ATM very clearly has a glitch in which any amount entered in under other would be declined. I tried reporting this to the staff who already made it clear my presence with a problem in their branch was an issue, they instantly blamed another well respected institution rather than entertain the idea their machines had an easily fixable software glitch. The member of staff further embarrassed herself by failing to understand the universal nature of ATMs.

I had gone to the bank the day before yesterday and a lady named Salm served me. She was very kind and explained to me very well. first time I saw her there. I thank the NatWest bank that has such a scout.

Salma went out of her way to help with a transaction, at the very end of a long week, where the branch was closing. She was very helpful, and resolved a last-minute issue. She could have easily said it wasn't possible, and could have left me hanging 'til next week, but went above and beyond. I'm very appreciative, thank you!

Staff is not in work properly and talk with each other and when you going counter they say I am not ready yet and you need to wait like 20 min for the staff

I went to the branch in Wembley. I met a lovely lady called Salma, who was very helpful and efficient with the task on hand. She made the whole experience very welcoming and warm. I really recommend Salma.Thank you Salma. Will be coming back soon!

The worst bank one can deal with.Customer service is zero. Everyone tells you a different story.Managers are too busy to assist.
