Really great experience saw the queue and worried we would be able to fit it in before our show. However the manager did an amazing job of organising customer and getting them seated. Also really well looked after during the ordering process and was amazed how quickly our food came especially as they were so busy. One the best Nando?s I have ever been to. A++

Just received my order and they sent me burnt garlic bread I paid £4.45 for burnt garlic bread. Clearly whoever made this was blind and can?t make something so simple absolute joke !!!! Won?t ever be ordering from this branch again as the people don?t know how to cook and clearly don?t know the difference between cooked and overcooked absolutely ridiculous thinking it?s ok to send burnt garlic bread !!!!!! Thanks for ruining my mums dinner !!!!!! Won?t be recommending this branch and won?t ever be ordering from them again !!!!!! Two complaint forms done and waiting over a week for a response and still nothing

Went several times. Meal quality is average
The chicken was grilled just right. Delicious, tender and juicy
The dining atmosphere inside the restaurant is very good. The music is light.
The decoration design is artistic and there are many green plants, which makes the whole place very comfortable to the eyes.
This short stay was in Wembley

Feedback on Nando?s, Wembley High Road
This was my first visit to Nando?s at Wembley High Road, having passed by often but never ventured inside until today. While I appreciate the concept of casual dining, my experience left me feeling a bit underwhelmed for several reasons:
1. Menu Limitations: I was surprised to find that the menu is exclusively focused on chicken, with no other meat options. While that?s my oversight for not checking, offering more variety could broaden the appeal.
2. Service Setup: The lack of table service made the experience feel transactional. While scanning and ordering or going to the till is convenient for some, it can detract from the overall dining experience, especially when needing to go back for additional items.
3. Ambience and Organization: The atmosphere felt chaotic. The music, decor, and general vibe didn?t create the lively, inviting energy I expected from looking at the restaurant from the outside. The staff?s inconsistent uniforms also contributed to a sense of disorganization, which affected the professional feel of the place.
4. Food Quality: The meal was satisfactory?no specific complaints, but it wasn?t particularly memorable or impressive either.
5. Positive Highlight: Rebecca, one of the waitresses, stood out as an exception. Her proactive approach in checking in on me twice during the meal added a touch of personalized service that was appreciated.
Suggestions for Improvement:
Consider enhancing staff presentation for a cohesive and professional look.
Streamline the ambience to create a consistent vibe?music and decor could be better aligned.
Explore adding more variety to the menu for a broader appeal.
Focus on improving the flow of service to ensure a smoother, more enjoyable customer experience.
Rebecca?s attentiveness was a bright spot, and her effort should be commended as an example for others to follow. With some adjustments, this branch could better reflect the vibrant, engaging atmosphere Nando?s is known for.

Jaydon was exceptional! He greeted us warmly and brought our order to the table with such kindness. He also checked in to make sure we were okay, which we really appreciated. Overall, the experience was amazing compared to other Nando?s we?ve been to ? all the staff were so friendly and attentive!

Can I give 7 stars. By far the best Nando?s experience I have ever had. I came with my grandparents and the staff were very helpful and very polite. I have never been treated by Nando?s staff the way I was treated today. The food was really good and it was nice vibrant atmosphere. I will definitely come to this Nando?s more often than my local one.

We love Nandos but this was by far the best of them all. The food was very tasty and the customer service provided by Izo was the best. He was very friendly and even before we asked for something, he was already on it! Excellent customer service. We really felt welcomed and the food awesome! Keep up the great work.
