Lovely staff but not sure the procedure or is it that we should all shop on line, no customer service at the till, I needed an extra size which I totally accept as my fault but the assistant couldn?t help me I had to abandon my shopping and go get my correct sizes needless to say I didn?t bother but it just means another shop will value my custom and hopefully assist me, il continue to shop online if this is the service In store .

Disappointing experience with Ria at M&S Store, Wembley Outlet. She seemed reluctant to serve, pushing me towards the self-checkout machines despite the clear signage indicating that refunds, exchanges, and payments can be done at the till. When I politely declined, citing the potential hassle and time consumption, her demeanor changed.
Ria made faces, intentionally delayed the process, and even claimed her system froze (though it's unclear if this was genuine). To make matters worse, she counted my change incorrectly not once, but twice, skipping numbers and jumping from 80 to 100. It felt like she was trying to delay and intimidate me. She was being disrespectful!!
