If I could give 0 stars I would have. People should not be in customer service role especially in an ethnic area if they are tired of life and unhappy with themselves. I was served by a lady called Mary at this branch and it was horrible. No smile. No nothing ad if I'm talking to a robot. Can't wait 5o leave Lloyds bank.Service is failing year on.

Review Title: Extremely Disappointed with Service
I have had a terrible experience with [Bank Name]. Their customer service is completely unresponsive, and the wait times are ridiculous. I have tried multiple times to resolve an issue with my account, and each time, I was either transferred endlessly or given conflicting information.
The staff seems poorly trained, and they do not take customer concerns seriously. To make matters worse, their online banking system is unreliable, constantly experiencing outages or errors. I expected better service from a financial institution that handles people?s money.
I will be closing my account soon and taking my business elsewhere. If you value your time and peace of mind, I would strongly advise against using Lloyds

Horrible Service ? Ignored, Disrespected, and Had to Close My Account
I had an awful experience at the branch High Rd, Middlesex HA0 2AB
I registered my name for the queue, but the staff ignored it and allowed someone else to be served under my name?without even checking! Because of their mistake, I was left waiting for hours with no apology. When I finally questioned what had happened, the staff were rude instead of taking responsibility.
This level of incompetence and disrespect is unacceptable. I was so frustrated that I decided to cancel all my accounts with them. A bank that treats its customers this poorly doesn?t deserve my business. Avoid at all costs!

Poor customer service. For a bank account applied online, they asked me to get a paper printout of my digital energy bill from across the road, and then wait in a queue of at least half an hour to submit it for account opening. Better off without this bank.

Very disappointed with the service at Lloyds Bank Wembley Central branch. Today, we had to wait 1.5 hours after opening just to get inside, only to find that there were only two staff members working. The queue was extremely slow, and the overall quality of service was terrible. For such a large branch, there simply aren?t enough staff. Waiting for two hours for basic banking services is unacceptable. By far the worst experience I?ve had at a bank

Such a horrible staff behaviour at this branch....after making me wait for exact 2hrs...they say i called you it's ur mistake.....where as.. i was looking their way the whole time, just waiting to be called.

I am not sure if the staff are to blame for the poor customer service in this branch. This branch is always busy but there seems to be one person on the counter and the other staff seem overwhelmed with other waiting customers. Lloyds bank has closed several local branches over the years, it would be nice if they increased the staff on the branches that are still open

The worst branch I have ever visited! Staff did nothing to help me in my issue. Strongly recommended. There is no have system to serving customers I am waiting there more then 30 min but still if it's come any new customers that staff help that customers that's not good

I had a good experience at this branch.
The individual patiently listened to what I was looking for and promptly gave me individual monthly bank statements printouts within a couple of minutes.
I highly recommend opting for this branch over the one in harrow.
