Due to the fact that you made a limit of only 12 pieces, then you sell the product damaged! I have already bought mascarpone in large batches twice and it is bitter!!! Make a check in the store on MASCARPONE!!!!!!

Very small store which is chaotic at times due to no small trolleys. The large trolleys take over most of the aisles and they get in people's way. The staff are very rude and aggressive towards customers. The Asian security man follows you around the whole store and treats everyone as a criminal.
He forces me to leave my shopping trolley at the entrance. I have had it stolen on one occasion from this store.
The staff seem overworked and take it out on the customers. Very bad manners and attitude. Unwilling to help and make things as difficult as possible. Avoid the first till near the exit the lady has a real chip on her shoulder and bad demeanor attitude where I feel descriminated against and violated when shopping here. Horrid store avoid at all costs.

You get the essential products for a good price. They should have more self checkout machines as there is always a long queue and the other tills are always closed.

There are never enough tills open. Last night there were none. I don't want to be forced to use self checkouts. In the couple of minutes I waited, there were two problems with the self checkouts, one of which seemed not to be resolved by the member of staff. I abandoned my basket of shopping. If Lidl want my custom, then they need to have staff to keep the tills open.
