What a wonderful establishment! There is a whole bakery section as well as a lot of other food that one might want. It is located extremely close to Wembely stadium, making it a convenient place to visit before an event.
It is not the cleanest or the most organised place, however it has got just enough for a little bit of grocery shopping. They do unfortunately not sell little chocolate bars/snacks, as they are all sold in larger packs.
Overall, Lidl has a beautiful bakery section that I 100% recommend checking out if looking for a little something to eat.

I don?t know why is 1 till open and 4 stuff walking around on rush hours. Should be 3 till open and self check out working as well not just self check out and 1 lane that?s ridiculous. ???

Must be the least well stocked Lidl in the country. No packs of water the last 4 times I?ve been in, at different times of the day. Aisles are often strewn with rubbish, and the queue for the self checkout often go all the way to the back of the store. Staff are unhelpful. Generally just a disappointing shopping experience every time.

I recently had an issue with a perfume I purchased but could not locate once I got home. I tried reaching customer service and the Wembley branch, but unfortunately, they were closed at the time. The following day, I visited the store and spoke with a team member, Mr. Adhil. He was extremely polite, professional, and helpful. He informed me that the closing manager, who might have more information, would be available at 3 pm and kindly asked me to return then.
At 3 pm, I returned and spoke with Mr. Michael, the closing manager who had been on duty the previous day. He was equally polite and respectful. To my relief, Mr. Michael explained that the item had been found and set aside for the customer. While he mentioned that if someone had taken it, they would not have been able to assist further, I greatly appreciated his honesty and professionalism.
Both Mr. Adhil and Mr. Michael resolved my issue promptly and returned the item I had purchased. As a regular customer at Lidl Wembley, I have frequently witnessed both of these gentlemen going above and beyond to assist customers. Their commitment to excellent customer service is exemplary and truly deserves recognition.
I strongly believe that Mr. Adhil and Mr. Michael should be considered for promotions or pay raises in acknowledgment of their extraordinary dedication to customer satisfaction. They are invaluable assets to the Lidl Wembley team.

First of all, VERY narrow spaces to walk through, the layout can definitely be improved without minimising stock. The structure of it is poor. Second, one staff member took my trolley off the basket area even though it literally fits on it. I had a lot of stuff inside so I didn't want to have to keep breaking my back trying to get all the stuff from the trolley to the basket area, but I guess I had to because this man wasn't ok with me putting it up there for whatever reason. Last time I checked its called a BASKET AREA, meaning the grocery basket goes in there? How does it make a difference if I used a basket with wheels???
