Too long waiting time for the trial room. They have 2 rooms but only open one at a time. Too bad customer service. Totally disappointed ???

was shopping for christmas and i got approached by one of the staff member named szymon. This was the best customer service Ive ever received in retail. He told me about all the on going offers for example JD status and the black friday deals. 5 STARS for the customer service. BEST STAFF

There is no star less than one star option here ...that's why am here posting 1star review.On dec 1st 10.40am I visited the store near wembley central to have a tag removed from a pair of socks along with a pair of shoes I purchased three days earlier. Although I did not have the physical receipt with me, I provided proof of purchase via the JD app, which clearly displayed the transaction details, including the time and date. However, the staff refused to assist me, claiming they needed to check the store's CCTV footage before taking any action.One of the worst experience ever had from JD ,actually they were three staffs at that point of time and 3 of them were rude and couldn't help me to remove a small tag from t socks.

You lost 2 massive sales from me today because of rude staff member called Szymon ( pronounced as Shimon) It looks like he has received hundreds of bad reviews online - don?t know why he isn?t fired yet.

I had a bad experience with this store. if you have made your expensive purchases during the day and decided to come and spend it here. This is a bad idea because you will have to leave your expensive things outside the changing room door unattended. because this Store won't let you take it inside. and no one is responsible if they were stolen. I don't see any point in visiting this place and ruining my mood with such nonsense. there are many places where this is not a problem!!! after all, you understand that if people go shopping, they have purchased things that they are unlikely to leave outside the door without looking at them. Today I wanted to spend some money here but after this I don't even want to go there.
What I would like to advise is that if you do not allow customers to take things with them, then you are obliged to provide lockers with a lock for customers where they can store their expensive things while they try on new ones.

I ordered a pair of shoes for children and I had to wait two weeks because they didn't check without any interest if the shoes were in the store.
