Very poor service, refusal, denying services, App and online is okay but branch service is poor, The staff and Cashier have very poor knowledge of UK Laws, The account is regulated by UK authorities but even small deposit is very painful, they are ready to refuse... Bring.. A To Z.... They don't have any clue on self employed.... The staff very much untrained, ready to refuse,They spend lot money on advertising but not concerned on customer genuine complaints,Hope regulators look their UK operations.....More to..... Got answer after about two months ..... Still blaming me for their poor understanding... They invented another story of documents provided for deposit... The branch is clueless on self employed.... Their poor undrastansing of law and inventing lies..... in answering email complaints...... Hey ICICI... Look and read the complaints,,don't blame customer for your own mistakes..... The regulator body don't take your invented story as the proof submitted is not looked at all.....You can not run bank like this... Simple deposit is so awkward..... Using compliance.........in put of own story in compliance is criminally corrupt practice.Hope, your service will improve.........

One of the best Indian bank in London. Not much welcoming to customers. Not even asked to have a seat. Other services are very good.

Very friendly & Great customer service from Amit Sinha & Savita KumavatWent into update my details on my account, and was shocked as my previous experience was not great (not this branch) Amit and savita patiently listened to my requirements and did the needful and kept me posted all the way until it was sortedWill travel here rather then my local branch if i need any banking service!!A*****Keep up the great work !!!

One of the worst bank in Uk is ICICI ? never suggest to apply for an account. Waste of time , bad customer service & bad staffing aswell . Sorry for my comment it?s from my personal experience? ??
