Not enough staff in this store. One person at of checkouts managing self service, her own till and home delivery at the same time. Poor work ethic for this company.

I've been a loyal customer of Iceland for years, appreciating their competitive prices and wide food selection. However, recently, I've observed a significant increase in prices, some even rising by a staggering 150% within just a few months. I refer to this as 'greedflation.' Additionally, I've noticed a shortage of staff at both the self-checkout and regular tills, with one person handling both, leading to longer lines. To ensure happy customers and repeat business, it's essential to have sufficient staff available. This is why I've given this rating.

Worst customer service. Never get an online shop out of this store. 4 hours late, missing items, and they could care less. They treat you like you are in the wrong

I have visited the store at 4/5/2023 st 12:30 oh my god the cashier lady with the earrings treating the customers like animals .. really surprised ? no marketing at all very frustrated never go again Tesco is next door lovely staff helpful please note I?m not taking about swift I?m talking about the store down the building

i was delighted when the Swift shop came to wembley, but i truely hate it, just not a nice place to shop, rude staff, forced to go on self check out, the security guards just sit and stare at you and at the seld check out i feel embarrassed and uncomfortable, just not a nice place at all, no atmosphere and one of the staff is not interested in customers, stop going now.

Absolutely rubbishNo italian food, just mostly pizzas, burgers, and some indian ready meals...lots of kids stuffPointless store , sudbury hill or greenford are much betterActually they have a overpriced cathedral city section with very few veg/vegan meals in that section that arent overpriced ie cheese toastie thats less than 1 pound cheaper then buying and getting it prepared in nero/costa!

This happened today @ 4pm approximately. I had one item, since the customer till was not open; I had to stand in a line in a self scanning till.After the customer till had opened, my wife requested a lady ahead, the lady agreed. But the Iceland customer service girl had a problem& said that she won't let it happen.I can't understand Iceland customers service?

Conveniently located store with nice variety of quality products for a reasonable price and is right next to TESCO that has one of the best working hours. Very satisfied and I'd recommend visiting the Iceland store.

Ok so ive been getting delivery here lots but its always the same. Its really cheap but products aren't worth the money. I ordered ice cream and it came melted today.A few times food had been open already and I've complained but they are no good. Trying to get hold of a member of staff but they've completely cutted us off. Not good enough, even if they say there busy, because that's the EVERYTIME Excuse. HI don't recommend this place and just go to tesco next time.

Iceland is fine, but the staff at Swift behave like they're doing you a favour to be there. Always waiting for ages to get till assistance. When you tell them you've waited for long, they tell you they're busy with stacking shelves and never apologise. I just go to Tesco or Sainsbury.

Will not be getting a delivery from here again. They offered to deliver the food for my mum yesterday as she had a lot to carry alone but they never showed up. When she called this morning they said it would be delivered before 12pm. It never came. I then had to call up and see what was going on as my mum had no food overnight or this morning due to them offering to drop it off for her. When I called, they had no idea what had happened and said they would deliver again. When the delivery came there was no apology or anything. Will not be shopping here again. You shouldn't offer services you cannot provide as we have been sitting at home all evening and most of today waiting for food. In the end I had to go to Tesco just to get her some of the essentials

Good products. Really like the ice ceams here and the frozen products such as the Gregg's pasties. Caribbean security is awesome.

Wembley is still the best Iceland store local to me by far ! Big respect to the Somali security guard for always making my day n making me smile. Keep up the good work guys ur appreciated ..

Good products, great price, great staff, should be 5 stars if not for this security guy. Worst security guard of all the shops at Wembley, rude, disrespectful, has no people talk skills and if he's not there to talk to people, don't talk. The 1st time I had problems was with the flexcard that the company provides, I had already paid other times and there was an error in the transaction, he said it was not accepted, I showed the card statement that had been paid and he said "if it was paid where receipt" remembering that at no time did I threaten to leave the store, I just wanted them to see it, I recharged the card and bought it again (then I resolved it with the manager), today there were problems with the pizza promotion for 2.50 on the bonus card, he he said that if the system did not enter, there is no promotion, we canceled and spent 2 purchases the different flavors, it worked normally. It's a shame this guy talking to customers.
