Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sonia I forgot her name but think so Sonia she is from india at holland & barrett London Design Outlet Wembley. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my shopping experience. She made sure I found exactly what I needed and made the process smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out, and I left the store feeling very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you, Sonia, for your excellent service!

During my visit, the assistant store manager called me over to the cash till in a manner I found highly unprofessional. Instead of addressing me respectfully, they used colloquial language that was inappropriate for a customer-facing role. Her tone throughout the transaction carried a noticeable attitude, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
In addition, I have noticed that this particular branch seems to exercise its own discretion when it comes to enforcing or interpreting certain terms and conditions. This inconsistency is concerning and suggests a lack of standardisation.
I believe all customers should be treated with courtesy and professionalism, and that policies should be applied consistently and fairly

I must share this 5 star review because of outstanding customer service I received from Bavika.She is gem to this place .I have been loyal customer of Holland & Barrett for many years now and must say Bavika adds great value to the company.

It shows online that opens till 09:00 but it?s already closed before that. This is disgusting ? I drove almost miles and miles and found it closed.

Holland & Barrett - London Designer Outlet, Wembley is a clean and good store. It is the best store for protein, vitamins and health supplements. Great knowledgeable staff and answered all queries efficiently. Close to the Wembley Stadium. Have good connectivity to Central London and other locations. Jubilee and Metropolitan serve Wembley Park.
