I've always been a big fan of Holland & Barrett, and I'm so thrilled it's here in wembley. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with advice on supplements, wellness products, and healthy snacks. The store is well-organized, clean, and stocked with a wide variety of high-quality products. Staff: Sutapa was really kind, friendly and helpful

I visited the Holland and Barrett store on Wembley High Street today, hoping to take advantage of their "Buy One, Get the Second One for Half Price" offer. While browsing, I was approached by a young lady named Sanna. At that moment, I was holding two bottles of Multi vitamins for kids. Senna came up to me and offered to hold the bottles until I finished shopping, which I found surprising and a bit off-putting since other customers were freely holding items in their hands.
Despite this, I continued browsing and eventually headed to the cashier. At the checkout, I encountered the store manager to express my dissatsatisfaction with not finding the vitamins I was looking for and to relay my earlier experience with Sanna. Unfortunately, the manager's reaction was quite disappointing; he seemed indifferent and treated me rudely.
Overall, this experience left a negative impression on me. I felt singled out and poorly treated, which is not what I expect from a store known for its customer service. This will likely be my first and last visit to this location. If I could give a lower rating, I would.

The customer assistant was busy all the time with her mobile device. Never made eye contact. When while i was paying the bill she was looking at the mobile device and talking to me, looked like she was talking to her mobile and not me. Really low standard of customer care by that customer assistant.
