Decent location with ample of parking but be aware, the parking machine is broken most of the time and they charge you alot. I stayed for just 1hr but i was charged for full day saying there was an event that day but even if event was cancelled, still charges applied. Pathetic that!

I used the car park for a overnight stay on cup final day which was advertised at £25 for this event. We paid the next morning on a machine under the hotel and it charged us £48.50. Now that was annoying enough but the fact that i have sent numerous emails asking can someone explain to me why this is and nobody has the decency to reply. I reckon they would reply quickly enough if i was booking a room !!!

Currently being used as emergency accommodation for asylum seekers who are given shoddy food and work illegally in surrounding businesses. Security don't allow visitors. For the people staying there it's like an open prison. Some have been there for over a year. Luxury it's not. Grim. The car park charges £15/day.

Brilliant hotel. Really clean and well kept, in great proximity to Wembley stadium. Breakfast was brilliant with lots of options, and great for a vegetarian diet. Lots of nearby shopping and eating options in waking distance from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again!

Im an IHG Platinum member so I stay in a fair few IHG hotels. Six within the last month or so. This is the second occasion on which this hotel has cancelled my reservation at the last minute. I understand the hotel is being used a COVID quarantine location for overseas arrivals. If this is correct then there is a level of understanding but what I dont get is 3 days before I am due to stay for a reservation made months ago, I get 3 missed calls on my mobile. No message. When I search for the number it says Holiday Inn Wembley. When I call I get no response. The next day I emailed and within 2 mins of receiving an email explaining the hotel is closed - i get a a cancellation via the IHG app. Poor poor service I'm afraid. No excuse for not dealing with an issue professionally and courteously

I booked the hotel 50 weeks before the date we are supposed to be travelling (the earliest date) as it is the Euros and England are playing. Last week Holiday Inn decided to cancel my reservation to help prevent the spread of COVID. Now this seems very suspicious to me! The hospitality industry has suffered because of Lockdowns etc and you would think that they would be opening as soon as the government agree. So why is this hotel staying closed until the end of July 2021? Especially when the Euros are on and due to supply and demand they are able to charge peak prices during the period the hotel has chosen to be closed. This is a large group/chain and I would have expected them to offer me an alternative, but they simply advised that "as a Platinum member and valued guest they realise that I have many choices". I dont have many choices now - a similar hotel is now in excess of £400. I was using my points for the Holiday Inn, so now I have to find £400 from somewhere. I have emailed them and no reply. I messaged them on Facebook, they told me to call them, so I did, but then I got cut of while I asked if they could honor the reservation by booking a room in the next nearest hotel, ie Ealing and allow me to use my reward points. Really disappointed with IHG

Awesome value for money. I booked this hotel spontaneously during the COVID situation. The staff were so polite and accommodating speaking to them on the phone beforehand. The room was very clean and very comfortable - the bed in our superior room was a mile wide - I collapsed after a long day and had a deep, refreshing sleep. In our home we only have a shower so we took advantage of a lovely bath and enjoyed a long soak.We have a car and the car parking was fairly priced and very convenient. It is on site and underground - you can drive in, check in then sweep round in to the garage. Do watch out during busy traffic the turn in could be easily missed.In short - I would highly recommend this place - enjoy your stay!

The Hotel staff was excellent. All of them, the receptionists, cleaning staff and people working in the kitchen, were very friendly and helpful even late in the night. The breakfast buffet was delicious and delivered a broad variety. The only negative was the lack of cleanliness in the hotel rooms. The bathroom was clean but the carpet in the bedroom and hallway was dusty and dirty. Especially the area under the bed. There I found plenty of dust mice and hair. The bedsheets seemed clean but the feeling of being in a dirty room didn't go away.All in all I recommend staying in this hotel

Nice looking hotel. The staff are friendly, but not excellent at customer service. The food was ok, and the Starbucks in the hotel bar is very basic. The meeting areas are a real gem! It looks nice and was well presented. The lighting was chandelier style lighting. Very spacious meeting area with differing sizes to choose from. The wait staff in the meeting area are very accommodating and professional. The rooms are clean and tidy with really protected parking under the facility. Good location to Wembley.
