Only popped in as my daughter was hungry, asked for a sausage roll and chicken pasty, was told sausage roll was cooking and it'll take 20 mins, so opted for chicken pasty then was told they're not hot ( was stone cold) threw it away as was disgusting. Service wasn't great, train your staff better.

Made me pay for food had a sticker saying 4 pizza slices I paid for only gave me two when I called up Aisha said not my problem so basically Uber did not refund and I didn't get my food I paid for which means stheu stole my money what a joke a team no help absolutely useless with customer service too

Very rude staff and they are abusing to the drivers we 5 drivers standing and waiting for the order and when we ask for the order she told cancel the order we are not here to give you the Time I had seen the name batch of one lady and here name is asha they should first know to to treat the people I recommend the manager to give some knowledge and how to treat the people

Food is always too much creamy or too much filling inside. Taste I will rate is average and tea they use the cheapest taste less I swear i felt like drinking hot water with sugar.

I recently went to this shop to grab some snacks. The lady behind the till was serving customers with a smile. When asked she told me that her name is Bhanu. There was an elderly disabled woman in the queue. I noticed Bhanu served her very politely and with kindness. The food I bought was also very good. No wonder I am giving Five Stars.

Pizza is not allowed to microwave!! I had a cold pizza and I ran 6km here only for this. Last time was hot and so tasty.

I always have a fantastic experience coming into the greggs in Wembley. Krisita is always hard at work trying to make sure my coffee is just right and I have the freshest of pastry. One of the most hard working and nicest employees I?ve ever met. Make her the manager!!Vegetarian options: Cheese and onion slice
