just nowNEWNot always helpfulWent in there recently with a slightly bulky item (40 inch x 10) for hermes pickup. Was told they couldnt take it as collection had gone for the day & didnt have space in shop to store.I am a carer. Item was a walker. So thanks very much. Told to go elsewhere.They should leave a message with hermes, that they are not willing to accept certain parcels at certain times, otherwise dont pretend to provide the service!
