I went to return some brake pads after my mechanic said these will not fit on my car despite me entering my reg onto eurocarparts website and it said these compatible with my car. So when I went to return it and explained the reason to the cashier named Kandiah Jeevakumar and he said it is my mechanics fault and when I asked how is it his fault he rudely replied with 'he should've checked to see if they fit in your car, so it is not our problem' I then said 'he did check and they did not fit despite your website saying they should fit' he then stupidly replied with 'okay so'. To cover himself he even tried saying that my car is not what is listed as when I entered my reg despite him not even seeing my car and the fact that I bought it from main dealership. After him trying to pathetically cover himself despite me explaining the logic, I told the idiot 'you are geniunely not making any sense and to give my refund' he had no option but to proceed with the refund.
Another female staff attemped saying that my BMW M-SPORT might only be 'M-SPORT BODY AND NOT M-SPORT SUSPENSION' I told that moron if I buy a car from BMW or any brand direct they will not sell you only 1 part of that particular model and rest another model. These people do not know anything about cars and make stupid assumptions without even looking at the car. Horrible experience at this branch. I geniunely could've dealt with the lack of knowledge by the staff but the attitude of the staff there was absolutely terrible and rude.

Horrible service from the lady at reception.
Went in asking for a part that I was looking for even around other shops, she said not available anywhere but she'll get it tomorrow.
She was in a very bad mood, so I ignored her visited the website whilst parked in their customer parking and found it was available within a 20 min drive

The polish guy who answers the phone if he struggles to understand due to network he'll put the phone down, not happened once but few times now. I'm regular customer almost every day spend hundreds but instead of trying to understand or be helpful he just puts the phone down which is not professional at all.
