I don't typically leave reviews, but this is one well-deserved! We are from abroad (Austria) and thought we bought EE sims at the airport, but it was simlocal EE, which we didn't know, of course. The friendly and really relaxed and patient guy who assisted us through a jungle of questions and hotlines saved our day and trip with care! We got a full refund of the data sims that didnt work and purchased 2 new ones that are easier to handle, hosted directly by EE and were even cheaper than the other ones. Again and again: Happy and thankful for the patience and bearing my stress and anger...

EE Mobile (UK)
Network & Speed: Best 4G/5G coverage in the UK 70% land). Industry-leading speeds, with 5G Standalone rolling out fast.
Pricing: More expensive than rivals. Annual mid-contract price rises are very common!
Plans & Perks: Wide range (SIM-only, phone, family). Extras can include Apple Music, TV+, TNT Sports. Great for heavy data/media users.
Customer Service: Generally ok, but mixed reviews. Complaints about billing and patchy coverage in some many areas.
EE are best for wealthy people
Signal is very unreliable throughout London.
Downside to EE Higher cost, annual price hikes, and not always the best value and robot response to signal problems.
In short: EE is NOT the UK?s fastest, most reliable network ? unless your very wealthy and pay a premium.

Terrible experience i arrived there and have 5 guys talking seated on the table and me and another 2 costumer waiting to be served and just after a senior assistant call them to serve us then they came and didn?t solved my problem from my upgrade.
After all this disappointment i went to Notting Hill branch they sorted my problem in 30 minutes and give bonus present on top.
I never coming back to Wembley again and I been costumer from EE for 10 years already.
