Other thing is fine. The pizza is amazing as per usual, but when people ask for extra dip like one more, why do you guys hesitate to give one extra dip?. The other day I bought a small and medium pizza. You gave me one garlic dip with medium one but not with the small one. So , if someone buys small one, does that mean they'll have to eat without dip? That's just ridiculous. Please have a look.

I haven't eaten Dominos for ages. But when I saw the that they had a special offer, I was tempted. And I am so glad for my order. My dinner arrived fresh and the taste was delictiable.
It was a proper Friday feast which I thoroughly enjoyed. Will reorder tysm! ?

Small pizza shop. No facilities to dine in you always have to take away. No complaints about foods!!

Excellent service and food, our initial potato wedges had less inside. However they promptly resolved the issue, and delivered another one.

The pizzas say they're ready fast and they're nicely made, but recently the service has been horrendous. I order and collect, always show up when it's "ready", but twice now they have straight up incompetent staff.
1) My pizzas were sitting on the shelf ready to collect and no exaggeration 5 people looked in each box probably 3 times over 5 minutes like they were born yesterday.
2) My pizza was out the oven and two people failed to even pick it up, it then slipped off the rack and they had to remake it in front of me and I waited a further 10 mins while the rest got cold, then they gave me some extra garlic sauce as a sorry.
Vet your staff more, you'd think someone working in a Dominos could 1) pick up a pizza and 2) give you your order. I was clearly mistaken.

I called to ask about allergies. Someone answered and said he doesn?t know anything about allergies and does not know ingredients for the pizza and he said he was alone! Absolutely shambles!

Excellent customer service by Keval who I believe is a new shift manager. There was an issue with my previous order but he was brilliant in rectifying the issue and ensuring I was left happy.

Recieved my order tonight to find out the cookies was still raw in the center in which isn?t good for my pregnant partner. Had called into the store where I was helped by the manager called Rudra. Was very apologetic and sorted out the issue without any issues.

Don't recommend this Dominos Pizza on Preston Road.
Did a delivery ordered on a buy one and get the other free. One of my pizza was the wrong order, so got that exchanged for a new one.
Then a couple of hours later my mum and I decided to eat when my mum found a long strand of hair in the middle of her pizza slice, in between the sauce and toppings/cheese. I was on the phone to them telling them what happened but dominos just said that can't be right as we checked it and we have photos. I asked for the managers name and his person I was talking to but he wouldn't give me the name to the manager, saying it is personal details we are not allowed to give out. I then said, well then I want a refund or another pizza. They said we will give you a small pizza on your next order when we ordered a medium size. I then said, if this is not sorted then I will take it to trading standards, head quarters and to social media. Then only they said okay we will give you the pizza come and collect it. Was on the call for nearly 25mins appox.
I went to collect it and with the hair pizza in. They checked it out and started blaming us that it's our fault because we put mayo on the pizza and it's come from there but it isn't as the hair is inside /in between the cheese/topping and sauce. They showed the checking photos to us. A few customers came in the store I asked them what they thought if it's the mayo or the pizza and they said its the pizza. However, the dominos wasn't having it and we didn't get our medium pizza either. Was in store for about 15-20mins.
But yes I have recorded the whole incident/conversations, of the customer service and them not doing anything. This will be part of my evidence and it will now be going to trading standards, head quarters, social networks and may decide to go further.

It is a a nice spot , they cooking so good but on my experience the best there is Ionela , she does my favourite pizza and she does it well xxxx
