I?m really disappointed with my today?s experience at Curry?s. I expected much better service from a national retailer, but it fell short in several ways. Staff seemed uninterested and difficult to get hold of when I needed help ? I felt more like I was interrupting them than being served as a customer. The product knowledge was poor, and instead of offering useful advice, I was either met with blank stares or told to ?check the website.?
Especially Rita and Faisal were not friendly at all. It was the worst experience ever.

One of the staff, by the door was rude and condescending as if they?re forced to work here there or you?re not there to buy stuff but to rob the place! Staples Corner is way better.
(Edit) The first interaction was very bad, however I?ve upped it from 1 to 3 stars because the lady at the checkout was very friendly and helpful. If that was the only interaction then it would be a glowing 5 stars.
Goes to show how one bad apple can have an impact on the whole store. Unless I have 0 choices I simply wouldn?t bother going back there, there?s so much choice in London.

Really disappointed to discovered I'd been unethically sold cover. The woman pushed and pushed me to get 5 yrs cover at £110. I even asked her what guarantee the item came with as standard and she brushed it off, I asked if it's 12 momths and she said yes but you need more it will break down after a year. So, I bought the cover. Item delivered today with TEN YEARS COVER in it. No mention or signage of this in store. They hide it to sell the cover. This style of selling is known as unethical selling and it is very much illegal.
Very saddened to experience Rd this. Shame on you.

I went to the Currys store to get a tv and a microwave today, the store manager Neil and staff Jignesh have been so professional, kind and helpful. Very nice shopping experience here!

We had a very warm and wonderful experience of purchasing electronics with Abdul. He is a kind guy with goo Customer service skills.
However, the manager was unwelcoming and very rude. It took us a little longer to select few products like TV and hover but he kept pushing us even after knowing that we were buying good amounts of stuff.
Abdul on the other hand, kept helping us out, but the manager started calling him on radio and started pushing him too.
We loved the items and Service provided by Abdul, but please take care with management. If, we?re buying something please send enough time with the customers. Thats how you have good relationships with all of your customers.-

Very disappointing experience. We waited for over half an hour and spoke to three different service assistants, but none of them offered any meaningful help with our purchase. Staff members appeared disinterested, simply standing around or walking back and forth without helping purchases. Very poor customer service. We will never visit this branch again.

Very disappointing experience at Currys Wembley branch.
We waited for over 30 minutes to speak to someone about applying to buy a product with finance option, but there was no one available to assist us. When we finally spoke to the manager, he was extremely dismissive and showed no concern for the situation, his only response was, ?no staff.? Overall, it was the worst customer service we?ve encountered.

Anwar in Wembley was very busy as the shop was understaffed. But he kindly took the time out to answer any of our questions. He was knowledgeable and we had a very pleasant service from the gentlemen and found what we needed!

I recently visited the Currys store near Wembley Stadium and had a mostly positive experience. The location is super convenient?just a short walk from Wembley Park Station and easy to find in the Stadium Retail Park. There?s plenty of parking, including accessible spaces.
Inside, the store is clean and well-organized, though it does feel a bit cramped during busy hours. The range of products is solid?TVs, appliances, laptops, accessories?but some high-demand items (like Apple Watches or budget TVs) weren?t available when I went, which was a little disappointing.
Staff-wise, I was pleasantly surprised. A team member went above and beyond to help me choose the right washing machine, even arranging fast delivery. However, there were a couple of moments where I had to wait around to find someone free. So while the help is great when you get it, it can feel understaffed at times.
Delivery was fast?my appliance arrived within 48 hours, and the delivery team was polite and careful. I haven?t had to return anything yet, but based on what I overheard at the desk, returns might be a slower process.
Overall, if you know what you?re looking for, Currys Wembley is a solid, dependable option?especially for large appliances or same-day pickups. Just don?t expect premium service every time, and call ahead if you?re after something specific.
