One of the staff, by the door was rude and condescending as if they’re forced to work here there or you’re not there to buy stuff but to rob the place! Staples Corner is way better.

Really disappointed to discovered I'd been unethically sold cover. The woman pushed and pushed me to get 5 yrs cover at £110. I even asked her what guarantee the item came with as standard and she brushed it off, I asked if it's 12 momths and she said yes but you need more it will break down after a year.
