Last month I purchased a TV and the service was of first class. Unfortunately, I can?t remember that staff member?s name, he?s from the electronics department; I remember him wearing a bag on his chest and using an iPad to help me. He?s very knowledgeable, polite and a handsome gentleman too.

Costco adds another dimension to Wembley?s shopping scene. The food court is great value with the American sized portions and free drinks with hotdogs. The pizza is very thick, doughy and comes with a huge amount of cheese. The caramel sundae is amazing and only costs £2.50! Also note that the shelf prices can be misleading so pay close attention to the smaller price with vat if you don?t plan on claiming the vat back. Otherwise you may get a shock at the tills.

I have been a loyal customer here for over 5 years and I love it. The food court offers delicious and affordable food. I give it 5/5 stars.Update - I shop here regularly and I always find great deals. The food court is awesome, especially the pizza bundle with bakes and hot dogs. It's a bargain. I also use the opticians here and save money compared to my previous provider. I can reduce my expenses on everything easily. It's still 5/5 stars for me after all this time.Update - I have to lower my rating now, and I will explain why. The prices are fair and some products are worth it, but it depends on the offers. The queues are a major problem. Every time I come here, I waste a lot of time waiting in line, usually 10 to 20 minutes, even when I just need to buy water. There are only 2 to 4 tills open, despite the large number of members. You can see the frustration on people's faces. I don't expect to be in and out quickly, but I do expect it to be faster with more tills available.Then there is the food court. They have removed some of the items that I liked, probably because they were not profitable. I'm talking about the Korean bbq bake, the cottage pie, and the pizza deal. They were amazing. The rest of the menu does not interest me. I thought the self-service ordering would speed things up, but it has made it worse. Before, you could order and get your hot dog in a minute, or your pizza in 10 to 15 minutes. Now, you order on the self scan, which is faster, but the waiting time is ridiculous. Sometimes it takes 15 to 30 minutes, depending on what you order. It's not simple at all.And then there is another queue when you leave, as there is usually only 1 or 2 people checking the trolleys. If the queue is long, you will spend another 5 to 15 minutes there. And don't forget the parking limit of two and a half hours, or one and a half hours on event days, which I avoid because of the traffic in Wembley. So you have to manage your time carefully when you shop here, as the store is very big. Sometimes I can't do quick trips anymore. I wish they had a till for 10 items or less, which would make my life easier. I never shop here in the evening or on weekends, because of the crazy queues. I usually shop here on weekdays, but I guess I will have to wait until Costco opens early for executive members.

Horrible experience ive been with costco for 7 years and today i checked my receipt the staff there charged me two times for one item if i had not checked i wouldve been paying extra i dont know if costco told there staff to do this but yh be careful guys and always check your receipt ?

Usually have had good experiences in this store but today i was disappointed by the customer service i received from Roshni and lanks. Lanks was checking the items at the exit normally the person at the exit takes the receipt of you and signs it off. Lanks didnt even touch the receipt but told me to hold it properly so he could sign. Thats how laziness he showed. Disappointed i would hope the management has word with these two.Had another bad experience with a member of staff called PARITA no manners of how to speak to customer.

Costco is famed for its good prices & quick cheap food...and this branch is now effectively infamous for not serving said food due to the counter not being open, there being 1 member of staff serving food at lunchtime or having no food avaliable.If you're going along believing you'll do your shopping and then get a hotdogs or pizza, I'd suggest lowering your expectations to close to zero. 5 consecutive visits & not been able to get food at the counter.

I?m a regular customer of Costco in Wembley. I have a complaint about one of your cashier is Ellison G. He charged one pound for the gosh donation he didn?t tell me about this. He added to my receipt in the middle of it. During the check out he only ask me & my husband are you all together. After the check out he only told us total price. He didn?t say anything else. It?s really upsetting. Could you look into this matter, please. As he may have done it to other customers as well. Thank you

Love Costco, but always spend more than planned. The quality of the meat is better than most supermarkets and it comes family size. Make sure you have enough space in your freezer and plenty of food freezer bags.

update: Again there was no possibility to load EVs - there were no maps. Again, non-electric cars were parked in the places with chargers /with available free spaces for non-electric cars/. No control. Disappointed once again.great store. has everything and everything. But still Favorite destination. Especially since there are super many charging stations for EVs. BUT...recently there is a shortage of charging cards more and more often. It's great that the electricity is free - but if there are no cards - at least there is an option for paid charging. There are people with EVs who live far away and it's good to be able to charge the cars while people SPEND HUNDREDS OF POUNDS IN THE SHOP.
