This place gets quite busy but I like the drinks and bakery here. Service was great. This young lady named Ayushma is really well with the service and was handling everything good. Overall, I would like to visit this place again!!

Typical Costa in a high traffic area when events are on. Would normally be a 3 or 4 star. However, when staff place the rubbish bin at your table like it's a chair so everyone walks up to you and throws rubbish in the bin, it's not so great.

**Great Coffee Spot Near Wembley Stadium!**
I stopped by Costa Coffee on Olympic Way, and it was the perfect pick-me-up. The coffee was delicious?smooth and just the right strength. The staff were friendly and efficient, even with the matchday crowd.
The location is super convenient, right next to the stadium, and there?s plenty of seating inside. Clean, modern, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend if you?re in the area for an event or just passing by!

Very neglected and messy place. No one takes care of tidying up and cleaning the tables, which remain dirty and full of dirt. The floor is a garbage dump full of papers.
Very slow and disorganized staff, it took about 10' to get a latte, with only four customers in front of me

It's a great service when you come to this Wembley High Road Costa. The staff are so polite and.food is served promptly. I even had my sandwich brought to my table when I was slow to get the counter myself! Today it was packed, so good atmosphere. I recommend it!

Service was really bad, man on the till didn't want to be there or to serve, tables where filthy and floors very messy. Poor selection of cakes and pastries.

I visited with my 3 children before the Eras Tour on Thurs 15/8. The place was heaving, the staff were under a lot of pressure. However, I was really impressed with the efficiency, there was a really good system of who was doing what. They were working as a great team under lots of stress on a hot day. They did forget a couple of my drinks but the staff member who had taken my order saw me still waiting after about 10mins (most of my order had been done) and called me over, he was polite and sorted the error very quickly. They apologised. But I could see how busy they were, there were people being irate and I was just really impressed with the service in general and their management of my order. They should be congratulated!
