Got scammed. Ordered Via Uber Eats. Ordered 3x a product and only received one lot. Told the driver, he said to take it up with Uber Eats, Told Uber Eats they said nothing they can do and contact the store. Contacted store and they said to contact uber eats. Back and forth. Never got my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE FROM UBER EATS YOU WONT GET YOUR ITEMS OR MONEY BACK.

Rude employees, incompetent Team Leader, in the company of the buyer, they speak their own language. they do not know current promotions and t&c. They give the impression that they are at work as punishment and do not want to be here. * There are, of course, super helpful employees, but they are unfortunately in the minority.

Wonderful store- better than Tescos next door in terms of prices and quality ( far more ethical too). Fabulous deals at times and helpful staff. Their premium range (irresistible) and baked good quality is unsurpassed ( better than M&S). Worth the wait ( no self check-outs).

I brought a packet of drum tobacco from here. Upon opening it I discovered that the tobacco was dry and old I walked back in and asked for an exchange. The women behind the counter flatly refused to swap it over. The product was not fit for purpose so an exchange should be offered. Rude and unhelpful will never return

Big store but never seem to be enough staff here. They always have a queue at the till and you have to wait a while for someone to get onto another till.Store is well ranged and has some great deals. A bit pricier than other retailers on some products but others are a bargain. Shelves nearly always full.Deliveroo services available.

Terrible store, Absolute waste of time going when there?s a Tesco right next to it. The staff are bored of their life. Their delivery service through Deliveroo is disgraceful, 10 minute walk there and back from my house and it says delivery should take 10-20 minutes. Took 2 hours.

Dumbfounded by the level of logic of the staff. I came to drop off a Hermes package at 9:20pm. The lady at the till says "not today". I look confused and she clarified by saying the driver will come tomorrow. I asked her "so I need to come when the driver comes" she just says yes. I asked about the time and she replies driver comes between 12 and two. I still am confused as what she's asking me to do, I look baffled and ask all you want me to come tomorrow 12 and maybe wait two hours until the driver comes? She looks back with an expression as if she understands how stupid that is and days yes...

Such a lovely team - always friendly and happy to help! A good selection of products and they do have good offers occasionally. Convenient opening hours and also a local parcel collection point. Always a pleasure to shop here.

Have shopped here for many years. Yes, the prices here are a little higher than at the neighbouring rival store, but I trust this means that more money is going back directly to the producers. The store is always clean and feels Covid safe with a hand sanitiser station, one way signage and screens for staff. Shelves well stocked and staff are polite and efficient. There's a cash machine inside and also a Hermes parcel station.
