I?m a regular customer at Clarks, and somehow, every time I visit, I always end up being served by the same veryyyy lovely young man, Seerat (black trousers, white T-shirt, and red shirt). It?s almost like fate... or maybe he?s just everywhere.
Seerat is an absolute pro, always greeting us with a big smile that could probably brighten even the darkest stockroom and expertly measures my kids feet. He doesn?t just stop there, he sprints to the stockroom, brings out the perfect shoes, and even fits them with precision.
Honestly, if anyone deserves a promotion, it?s him. Or at least a throne in the kids section.

I am quite a regular customer of the store and can recommend the store for good variety and best prizes.
However, today when I visited a store ( 11.10.2024 at 17.05) a staff with red hair slim girl with grey jacket and black jumpsuits) was super rude. To all the customers who were trying the shoes, the laday was making faces. When we ask pair of shoes of our size, she rudely answered shouting "yes what do you want ?! "
Very very rude. Customers were not treated well.
Rest other staff was polite and cheerful.
Hope this will make a change in inshore experience henceforth.

Was rushing to get my daughter some new shoes a week before the start of school and decided to try out Clarks whilst in town. Even though the store was understandably busy, I was immediately attended to by an employee.
Nikasa was extremely helpful and accommodating and went above and beyond to find my daughter shoes she liked. Because of her exceptional service ended up purchasing 4 pairs instead of the 1 l originally came in for!! Will definitely be here again for next year's school shoe shopping!

The manager did not want to give us the student discount because my son is a French student upon presentation of his student card, the shoes were for him... a student remains a student... an English student anywhere in the world remains a student... bad faith and not welcoming...
Remove the sign for the 15% student discount, it?s false advertising?
Otherwise very nice shoes of good quality, staff to review?
