The staff were miserable! We were made to feel incredibly uncomfortable and like we were an inconvenience to them. We questioned the price of a pair of boots because they were advertised as £15 when we went to the checkout they were priced at over double, we pointed out the issue and it was met with a grunt and no apology or response.... I definitely won't be returning

I loved this outlet for two main reasons,1. The collections - it amazing.2. The customer service - Jenet made my day, I bough 3 pairs with her support to find the right size/color.

This Outlet is nothing special to shout about. Most of the discounted products are not of Clarks standards and the variety seems to be of low quality and defective

If you ordered from Clarks Online Outlet you cannot bring your shoes here to return or exchange. I was told to come here at their Oxford Street store.
