Elvira was amazing! She explained everything very well, was very patient, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. While piercing my ear, she was careful and gentle. All the staff were also great and very welcoming. I really recommend them

I was a little worried due to the bad reviews but I had a good experience, the person who did my piercing (I didn?t catch her name unfortunately) was lovely and very helpful. The piercing was so quick but barely felt. Let?s see how it heals now

Yesterday at 18:25 in the afternoon, I came to shop with my wife and child, and the seller was very uneducated and misbehaved. I wanted to write that you should not shop there at all.
My child was misbehaving because he was touching the equipment and I think that this place is not suitable for people who have children because there is no proper seller working there.??

Nabela and another lady pierced my daughter ears today. Honestly made our experience so relaxed and calm. Went out there way in every type of way to make us happy and comftanle. So friendly and made this an experience to remember. Also such lovely staff such great help. Will definitely be visiting here more..thank you
