I was waiting for 20 minutes for chips, even though the place was nearly empty?maybe two people in there. It was around 1:00 PM, so it wasn?t a busy time. I expected faster service, especially when there were hardly any customers.

The place is average , the food is quick but nothing else, the customer service is broken the middle age guy is polite and good but the girl is terrible and rude !!!

Chicken at its best. I like KFC style fried chicken and Chicken Land delivered. A very tasty 3 pieces with a huge portion of fries was ordered and it was delicious. The establishment itself was meticulously clean and the kitchen seen from the serving area looked spotless. I?ll be ordering again when I?m next in Wembley.

Please ensure that the fries and wings are fresh for future orders. We received items that seemed old and had an unpleasant smell, which is concerning. We hope this was an isolated incident, but we will feel compelled to report this to the Food Standards Agency should it happen
