They sold me faulty item and then didn't give me a replacement despite being listed as available in stock in the store. Wasted time for nothing

The shelves are disorganised. Items do not appear in the correct section, nor do they appear in the correct order. The staff are not particularly helpful.

I came in and sold something yesterday , got told money would be in by 7.30 pm , it never came.still waiting.
