AVOID SRI- I visited this petrol station as it?s conveniently located near my family?s home. I approached the side window where payments are usually taken during the night, as my baby had just fallen asleep in the car and I couldn?t leave her unattended even for a moment.
To my shock and utter disappointment, the staff member on duty?Sri?responded with extreme rudeness and complete lack of empathy. Without even giving me the courtesy of listening, he dismissed me abruptly, belittled me in front of other customers, and refused to even look in my direction.
I calmly explained my situation, simply asking if he could make an exception just this once due to my baby sleeping in the car. I would have completely understood if he explained that it?s against policy?but instead, he chose to be aggressive, condescending, and utterly disrespectful.
As a mother, I?ve always found kindness and understanding in similar situations at other stations?but not here. Sri not only denied my request, he went a step further by pressing the bell and refusing to serve me entirely, leaving me humiliated and deeply upset.
This was completely unfair , and I hope this kind of treatment is taken seriously. No one deserves to be spoken to or treated like this?he belittled me a lot infront of other customers . I hope this gets taken seriously by head office.

Very sad and small minded humans / staffs !!. Have no clue why they're so bad !!. ????????. Not totally sure if it is lack of education, home training or common sense!!. Can someone help me out here !!.

I was recently in this place, the car wash is very good but washing the car on the weekend takes time, you have to wait in a long line and up to an hour. I spent 48 minutes in the line, each car takes approximately 8 minutes to wash and I had 6 cars in front of me, then I filled up my gas tank, I spent 72 pounds and I was there for 68 minutes, after 2 weeks, I received a penalty for being there for 68 minutes when the maximum was 30 minutes!!!! Can you believe it? Obviously I have appealed the penalty, but the administrators should take note, I don't know if they will remove the fine, if not I will go all the way and spend money, but it's a scam, don't you think?

Despite them usually closing their doors at 23, there's a chance that you are flat out refused service 15-20 minutes before that, including the side door that is supposed to be open 24hrs. Not a word was said, only a look and head shake, quite unfortunate.

Be careful with online orders. I ordered items on delivery and found they delivered items very promptly but in smaller sizes for full costs. Very dishonest. I contacted Deliveroo, they'll give a refund but I'm not impressed by such sharp practices.
I've already avoided them during the rush hour as staff are slow and let queues build up, I'll now avoid them completely, I don't appreciate being cheated.

I've recently damaged my car at station as they have put coverings of advertising around pipes and you don't know when there is a smaller space as I dent my car... That is a false covering and I did not realise there were pipes underneath
