I have visited many boots pharmacy but this shop is something else. Prefer not to visit again. Very much disappointed.

Popped in to get a simple refund for unopened eye drops with tag on packaging. Refused on 3 occasions. Manager eventually agreed to refund when the AI assistant on the Boots website said that they honor refunds in 35 days. Whole experience was a hassle and won't be shopping at Boots moving forward.

This store has nothing- shelves are always empty and make-up section is a mess with opened products just left there- there is nobody upkeeping the area- you could be purchasing something that?s been tampered with and you wouldn?t know!! Short staffing would normally be one reason but there were at least 3 people working in the shop floor plus the till people- No excuses!!

Disappointed with Boots Wembley
I arrived at Boots Wembley today at the advertised opening time of 9 am, only to find the store closed because the pharmacist hadn't arrived. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. A business of this size should ensure they are open as advertised, regardless of staffing issues. It?s unacceptable to keep customers waiting due to poor planning. Really disappointing experience.

Thanks, Angelica, I had a wonderful experience at Wembley Boots Cosmetics thanks to Angelica! She was incredibly helpful and patient while assisting me in finding the perfect foundation shade. Her knowledge and friendly attitude made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. I truly appreciated her going the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Always get excellent service from pharmacy even though they are busy. Nalini the pharmacist always gives first class service. All the team in pharmacy are friendly and helpful. Thanks

Horrible customer service by Mallory I am really appalled. Rude unprofessional and unhelpful. Called to ask for help regarding an order and was rushed off the phone abruptly. Told her the only way I could get through to the store was by calling the number provided on Google and she said this is the pharmacy phone and she can?t help me. Told her to pass the phone to someone that could assist me since she could not, but she carried on rushing me and telling me she can?t help me and that I have to call on the hands free phone. I explained to her there is literally no option to call on a hands free phone and every option I pick on the automated call tells me to go online, I needed help with my Deliveroo order hence why I tried to get in touch with someone in the store. Instead of her to direct me to a colleague that could help she spoke in a very rude and abrupt tone she rushed me off and made me feel as though there was nothing she can do. She did not even give me a chance to explain my query or tell her why I needed help. I?ve lived in Wembley for over 15 years and I have never experienced customer service in boots like this before. I?m very upset at how I was treated. Boots please give your staff the proper customer service training required to work with your company to avoid more customers feeling disappointed.

Poor customer service, not helpful at all been there to collect my prescription however after 3 times they weren't sure when my order will be ready. On Saturday despite the busy day they only have one person at the chemist to serve a long queue which was insane and didn't make sense!! Always people have issue and must wait a long time for their orders!! Very disappointed !!
