I went to get my eyes tested last week after getting an injury. The optician (Wembley branch) barely tested my eyes, pointed me to go to the hospital, and didn't give me my prescription. My injured eye was quite blurred, and on her tests had a number of - 1.5. She didn't believe that I my eye didn't have a number before...

The store manager (Boots near Wembley Central Station) and my optician/Dr. were forcing me to buy spectacles. Although i just wanted get my eye test done.Despite repeated request both the guys at store were very pushy, the overall experience was not good.
