Been going to this optician for years, out of convenience most of all.Realised after moving away how overpriced they are and useless in helping with any issues. Always a delay in getting back with information and want to charge excessively for lenses/frames etc. which can be found cheaper elsewhere. Also refuse to accept any fault with frames/lenses being made incorrectly.Gutted that I?ve wasted so much of my money here.

They made bi-focals for me which were terrible to use and they didn?t return the lenses to me when I had them removed and replaced with normal lenses! It cost me £300!! They?re scammers

The only person who was really good was the optician. Very professional. There are no choice of spectacle frames and whatever is available is too expensive. No after service or they blame you for a damaged frame even if given a genuine reason. I personally feel that the frame was already damaged which is not visible. They were not even trying to help in any way but only Tring to fleece more money. I left with a sad face ?

Tina, one of the employees there, was very kind and helpful. She help get get a frames which I wanted and I think that they've done a professional job at making my glasses/lens.

I love this local independent Optician's, had to take my children here as the usual corporate high street ones don't seem to give that specific care as the optician here did. Good to see this local Optician still here after all the development that has gone in the area.

Staff is helpful and respectful. Had my eye test done and the optician was excellent and very elaborative with the discussion.

I had a contact test and also purchased contacts. The guy who done my eye test was a bit strict with my daughter baring in mind she is only two years old!!! The contacts were very disappointing, one eye is way too weak for my eyes and my vision is very blurry !!!!! I think they should upgrade the way they do their testing!

Every time I have used this service, I have been amazed by the level of service from the receptionist to the optician to the shop staff!!! Couldn't have asked for more!!!! Have recommended to all my friends!!!

This is absolutely a tribal place where some customers get preferential treatment over others. They can make you wait for days while, for apparently discriminatory reasons, other customers are given priority accessing service. It s a no go area if you are a first come first served minded person.

Done my eye test there , they've put me to buy reading glasses which where too strong for my eyes , done my eye test at some other optician .....looks like i didn't need to wear glasses at all
