Its a very nice and clean salon overall. Their Staff is really professional. They really ask what are the expectations. I visited the salon during my short stay in the UK. But I was really happy and satisfied. I had a waxing session and massage. Everything was so perfectly done. Kudos!

I showed up to get my nails painted with gel and the sign said open but there was no one in, it took about 10 mins for someone to open the door for me. They said they could do my nails but a few mins later I was then told to walk around the corner to some woman?s house to get them done there. Once I arrived there I could not find this woman who was going to do my nails so I rang the store and asked if they could give me her number and they said they didn?t feel comfortable with me going to her house to get my nails done so wouldn?t give me the number, when they were literally the ones who told me to get them done with this woman. This ?business? is a joke.

Completely unprofessional massage, was clear they had not had any training in massage. Ignored complaints. Didn't get consent and then tried to intimately touch me. I feel violated.

COME TO THIS PLACE!I have been to this place twice and the staff are really welcoming and accommodating, the salon is clean and the services I received were amazing, staff are trained extremely well, always a pleasure to return.

Amazing experience..!! I had my waxing done by Gulshan and threading done by Nadia.. Waxing was actually painless and quick. She is very experienced, polite and professional.Threading was perfect and painless too..I also wanted to get a facial but since my skin is acne prone Nadia suggested some tips to nourish my skin first, I am going to follow it and I will b back next week for facial.. I am definitely going there again for waxing too.. Highly recommended..!!
