I be here today for withdraw money and asking for some help to satf but that man is very rude talking. Very upsetting this. Way he there if thay can't help to PPL who need some help to doing things.. that's very sad

I can?t believe Barclays bank has stuff like her. She was very rude with us. She literally didn?t accept us that day. She said come tomorrow while she give us appointments same day anyway the next day she was not accepting our Loyds bank statement and then we have to ask someone else one of the stuff working in there and he accepted it. He said yes this is the right Steadman from the Lloyd bank and then we finally buy the help of that man finished with her I had a very bad day that day, Barclays Bank is a very professionalism where is the professionalism in this branch

They did not have a printer to print the documents and was told to go to another branch.

Great service from every single person in the branch, apart from the tall man with the beard who stays at the door and speaks to costumers. From the beginning he was giving everyone his sickening attitude, and when I asked for help with something he made me look like a fool with his disgusting behaviour, and did not help at all with the issue. I did not give up and went upstairs to speak to someone senior, and they managed to sort out the issue for me there and then! Even the lady upstairs was questioning me why couldn?t they do it for you downstairs?When I came back downstairs, I went to the same guy and asked him why couldn?t he tell me the same thing as his colleague did from the beginning. That?s when I heard the most ridiculous response. I turns back to me and says ?you never told me you need this document urgently?. I have a question for him and Barclays bank, why the heck am I asking for it if I do not need it?Sorry to give 2 stars, but he simply ruined all the great work that rest of team did.

Hi I've just used the barclays bank cash machine in the bank to deposit cash and the machine has scanned me with my money, didn't give me the receipt and which the bank lady assisting me said the machine is got a problem?Let's go to the next machine.Then that machine did the same thing taking my money no receipt.When the lady said it should be in the machine stuck, spent good 40min coming back saying THEY IS NO MONEY?AND THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING BARCLAYS BANK

Customer service staff of Barclays Bank Wembley Highroad, Zeena, solved a problem that has kept me coming and going to the bank for days and she did that within minutes what four other staff couldn't get through difficulties I countered in international payments. I think she needs to train her colleagues.

I have come here from abroad to study. And at the same time I am doing a job here along with my studies. Now I want to open a bank account to get the salary from the job. But the banks here are too pushy to open a normal account. I visited Barclays bank five to six times but still I have not opened my bank account till now. After uploading all the documents and my details on the online bank app, I went to the bank with the reference code which comes in the last. No kind help and I got negative response from there not once but four or five times. This incident didn't just happen to me, it happened to many people like me. I don't know what effect my feedback will have on them? Yes but as an aware citizen I am giving a feedback to everyone through google map. Please help as much as possible. They say that they have to come with an appointment inside the bank. And the appointment is also received after a month and a half, so will this work in this bank? Please don't bother people here and ease the hassle of opening an account with your bank. An owner is the form of God and your bank is run by the owner. So please don't do this to the hosts. Sorry if there are mistakes in writing or saying anything. Zero star rating. Google are not prove option allowed to zero. Thank you
