Bank Of Baroda customer service is smooth and straightforward. Niyanta was helpful. I would recommend deal direct,Excellent customer service from Niyanta she helped clarify many questions I had regarding remittance to India + My KYC docs sending back to Origin (INDIA)attention to detail provided by remittance was impressive and her customer service skills are excellent.she has been very active on the frontline/operation side Bank Of Baroda Wembley Branch and whilst providing top notch service to the customer,Excellent customer service! Whenever I needed something Niyanta were there for me. Thank you

Worst ever customer services. Didn?t mind the language but how rude the tone. Only accepts cash as admin fees. When asked why don?t you accept master or visa debit? ?Look this is a completely different bank and no other bank transactions happen in this bank.? Ridiculous!!! Plus when she calls out to customers, she use finger gesture (because I went out to get cash and was waiting for my turn to pay the cash.) My first and definitely the last visit to this branch. Worth learning customer skills from Indian branches of the same bank.

People comparing this bank to the local banks, it's an international bank with different procedures. Customer service & English was just fine every time i went. They mainly speak Indian languages because majority of their customers are elderly Indian speaking. The ones kicking up a fuss here on the reviews i bet are British Indians, know where you come from. Yes their ways are some what ancient but it gets done in the end, i've had issues in the past but got it sorted.

Worst customer service and experience ever. It's taken them over a month and two bank visits to reactivate my account and my online service.Something my other bank NatWest would have done in less than five minutes over the phone. Absolute joke of a Bank.

Worst customer service, the staff doesn't understand English, and they have no manners. They speak broken English and are not willing to listen to their customers. We definitely will not be banking with them anymore.

I can't believe being in United kingdom, staffs don't know to speak in English and more over they don't know how to handle the customers. Staffs are impolite , speaks broken English, they are rude ..I'm shocked and very disappointed..
