Good place to do all around shopping for home

Half of the staff at self-checkout are slow and inefficient. Also some of them are quite rude and would much rather prefer picking on you instead of doing their actual job. There are a couple of good ones, but they cannot outweigh the negative experiences I?ve had here. The store is also often sold out on my preferred groceries.

The toilets in this place are consistently horrendous and create a serious heath risk to anyone that uses them.

I was shopping to in Wembley Azda at approximately 3pm , the security stopped a very old man in his wheelchair and his helper which I now understand is a care home residence , he stood in front of him and pointed his security camera at him it was such a ordeal for the poor man , it was totally over the top to think that the poor man and his helper were thieves, he checked his Receipt went into his bags , what a ordeal for a man in his 80s , security guard should be sacked, 15/01/25. Approximately 15.00

Dirty, chaotic, and poorly staffed. Feels like a supermarket in a third world country. For weeks I tried to return an Amazon item and was refused on multiple occasions because they "didn't have the right machines in stock." Why on earth do they advertise Amazon returns then?? If you want to park outside the store, you can forget it, the car park is completely overrun and is probably even more chaotic than the store itself

Terrible store and terrible service. There are always not enough employees in the Service Department t
here is an eternal queue. Apparently, the company pays very poorly if people don't want to go to work for them. Or they don't hire more people because they save money.

This location has increasingly become a hotspot for people asking for money. Every time I visit, I encounter individuals in the car park requesting change, and today, someone even asked for help with their rent. The area feels run-down, and it would be greatly appreciated if Asda took steps to improve security. It can be mentally exhausting to be approached by strangers, especially when you're unsure of their intentions. I would feel much more comfortable shopping here if the environment were safer and more welcoming for customers.

Groceries are okay, large store, but AVOID ALL ONLINE GEORGE ORDERS. They take ages to bring out the parcel (I have waited over 20 mins on multiple occasions) and sometimes have had to ask other staff to go check. Management needs to sort this out. I have actually spoken to the George staff upstairs and they are actually lovely and willing to help, so not sure if it is understaffing or some logistical issues with this. Other than that it's a wonderful store, with lots of clothing options too.

Asda is the worse ever supermarket to visit.
Here are the whys:
1. Frequent Display Changes Cause Frustration: The constant rearrangement of goods creates inconvenience for customers who expect consistency in product placement.
2. Customers Spend Less, Not More: Contrary to management?s belief, changing the display does not lead to customers buying more goods; instead, it causes dissatisfaction.
3. Difficulty in Finding Items: Customers struggle to locate items they were familiar with from the previous layout, leading to annoyance.
4. Unwanted Items Left in Random Places: Frustrated customers leave items in incorrect locations, creating disorganization in the store.
5. Increased Staff Workload: Staff members must spend additional time reorganizing misplaced items, adding unnecessary strain to their responsibilities.
6. Negative Customer Experience: The inconsistent layout results in unhappy customers, further discouraging repeat visits.
7. Poor Business Performance: The strategy ultimately leads to low customer satisfaction and contributes to the supermarket having the worst turnover, damaging its reputation and profitability.
This approach does not align with improving customer convenience or fostering loyalty.
Even toilet paper rolls!
Got it!
